The Regional Council of Alsace has decided to provide overall support to the strategic projects of companies in the areas of new business, takeovers and development through its Regional Support Service for Enterprise Creation (GRACE) and for Development and Investment (GRADIENT).

In order to make public policies clearer, this overall aid takes the form of three simple and coherent tools - expertise aid, employment aid and investment aid.

The support provided by the Regional Concil of Alsace is modulated on the basis of the priorities of the regional strategy (regional priority zones for economic development, very small enterprises, regional industries or clusters, internationalisation of businesses, sustainable development, solidarity, innovation, etc.).

An application for aid from the region must first be filed in order for it to be processed and to make it possible to appreciate the content of the project in view of the conditions set out by the Community, the country and the region and the economic priorities of the Regional Council of Alsace as part of the Regional Economic Development Plan.
