At each point of its development, the needs of a company are different regardless of its size.

For example, a business with 15 staff does not have the same needs as one with 50.

Over time, the company ceases to be as dynamic in its approach to events as in the way it used to in early days, simply because it has slipped into a routine.

Internal organization can also impede development when it does not or will not follow the growth of the company. That leads to a loss of efficiency and has harmful indirect consequences, particularly by requiring additional resources or inadequately using the existing ones.

To remain competitive, companies have no choice. They must :

     - constantly adapt to its markets and environment,

     - find their own growth rate according to their capabilities and resources,

     - find new areas for creating value in order to become sustainable and adopt development ability.
